ignorance

I went to pta north saps to enquire about an accident. The people at the help desk helped me quickly and directed me to the relevant office. The office was locked as the lady was on lunch which is not a problem. I waited from 12:50 where the lady next door and her male colleague assisted me to tell me that the relevant lady is on lunch and i should wait at the office. I waited until 13:30 while - 20 people walked past me not one asking have i been helped(including offocers in uniform). At last the lady next door went to call the relevant person from lunch to help me. She came and gave me what i needed. The attitude stinks. Im also working in goverment sbah hosp. When public is in the ward waiting we go and ask have you been helped..when police officers are in hospital they expect us to jump when the click their fingers.....if the one hand wash the other both stays clean....
