<p>Yesterday when i was doing shopping in Thohoyandou shopping centers one guy took my cell phone from me with a force and wen i went to Thohoyandou police station i was told to go to ermelo mpumalanga where the phone was bought. So is this the way the image of people who are wearing blue uniforms supposed to do wen we need help from them or is the new batho pele principles for this or #back to basics or safer if i can not be helped were de incidents occurred were must we go nw because those who are supposed to protect us are not</p>
