I was buying a card and i was conned Germiston police station

i bought a car and the gentlemen i bought the car from did not deliver the card and when i requested my money back he told me to go to court and he will tell the judge he can afford R100.00 a month when i advise the cops about this they said its not a ******** case because i gave him the money willingly and when i told them this is a crime they say to me that it is not a crime i have been going to the Germiston police station and with no help but they were laughing at me saying how can i be stupid instead of helping me i really need help i have paid him R45000.00 he does not answer my calls i told the cops where he stay no one is willing to help me how can someone do this and i cannot be assisted a person *****s bread for R14.00 an they get 5 to 10 years in prison and this guy ****** me of my hard earned cash with no help please i need help as i have exhausted any other avenue, this has been going on since 2016.

the police station in germiston did not want to assist none of them there was a pregnant lady the last time i went to the police station she was opening the case for me auto theft and the captain at the time a dark gentlemen i forgot his name told her to stop opening the case as this is not a ******** offense , all the cops there know this gentleman i even asked them if he had paid them they told me they will arrest me for saying that i even went to the office of the investigators in germiston in morkels building with no help , they called him and he told them he will pay me the next weekend which never happened , i understood that the investigators could not do anything with no case opened

his name is Kiyemba ssesimba it was him and his wife Rose as i was friend with his wife that's how trusted him: His number ********** 894 the funny this is that a person can do this to a person and cops have no interest in helping, no wonder he does not want to pay me as he fears nothing because the law is on his side and the worse is that the cops called me stupid ,i the police cant help me who can as i saved that money hard working as a single mom and a person just take advantage and the law mark me and laugh at me i really need to be assisted in getting my money back
