I reported a theft at SAPS honey dew they didn't send me a case no. I had to call in to get the case number by myself and the sergeant that is assigned for the case has not contact me

I have mistakenly transferd money money into a wrong account therefore the person that received the does not want pay pay me back. I approached the the bank but did not get any help. The fore I went to report the metter to the Saps in honey on the 20th Dec 2017 and was told that I will receive the case number via sms but that didn't happen, I called the Saps days later after to ask them about my case number and who is hadling it they they gave what I asked for. Now whenever I phoned her that sergeant my calls were not answered. Please help hello Peter as I need to use that money to pay for my son's school fees
