HOW MANY TIMES MUST I ASK FOR FEEDBACK!!!!!

I have open a ***** case in 2010, and I am still waiting just for the out come of this case, every time I phone and complain they give me a other detective to work on my case. The new detective comes to me and I explain my self over and over to them. and then they say they will come back to me, and they never come back to me. I must phone and sent smse and e-mails just to received feedback and most of the time they don't even respond to any of my calls or mails or smse.
