HOUSE BREAKING

On the 24th August 2015 they broke into our house. My fianc? opened the case .Police came to our house to take the statement. Same day the guys for finger prints came as well. On the 25th my fianc? received a CASE NO. 332/8/2015 and the person name who is dealing with the case (MM MALEBE ***). After that no one ever contacted us. Or is that how the police wok? I need a station commander to contact us or someone who is higher than the person we dealing with.
