Hotlines

<p>Today I witnessed a taxi cab jump a red robot, throw a beer bottle at the car making the legal turn, and smash the cars window. I looked up the hot lines to call with saps. Every hot line has told me to go to that nearest police station. What is the point of a crime hot line if you will not accept my report of the crime? Absolutely shocking, I have a picture of the taxi with his number plates, yet still no avail.</p>
