Horror and abuse from Tembisa police

My brother case was dismissed by the judge, he even received his bail money after court , now Tembisa police been doing up and down at our house turning it to the messy ground looking for him eventually they dd find him and arrested him for the same case ,how is that possible? Their reason is he ddnt come to court but he was there even bail money was released and his not mental stable
