Horrifyingly *********** Garankuwa Police Service . A Complete Failure When It Mattered Most

I am absolutely disgusted and terrified by the sheer incompetence of the Garankuwa Police Station. When someone was actively trying to break into my home, my family called for help multiple times, only to be met with endless ringing, no answer, no reassurance, no help. What is the point of police station and their contact details if they can’t even pick up the phone when lives are at risk?

While some deranged intruder was attempting to force their way inside, my family was left completely abandoned. We had to frantically call neighbours for help because the so-called police are not responding to calls. They couldn’t even be bothered to do their jobs. It’s a nightmare scenario that shouldn’t be happening in a functioning society.

This isn’t just poor service but a dangerous negligence. If emergency services can’t respond to a home invasion in progress, then what can they handle? The aftermath? Someone’s death? Or another GBV case that they always fail to deal with. The complete lack of urgency and reliability is unforgivable.

I’m furious, traumatized, and utterly let down. If this is how they treat people in real danger, then they don’t deserve to be called police services at all. Shameful, reckless, and downright terrifying. Never again will I trust them to protect me or my family.
