Horrible Services

Just spoke to Smangaliso Nkosi 23:59 at the call Centre number trying to report a friend that is held hostage against her will. This guy does not even know how to locate Dobsinville Police Station and not understanding the sensitivity of the matter. He could not even say how long the police will be dispatched to go take out my friend with given added. Must a person die for the police to act or just do simple reporting and dispatch police????? Guess it’s just easy to release press release after a woman is ****ed every hour !!!!!why do you have people *********** of doing their jobs? It’s been more than 1:30min now why bother with SAPS cause they help with absolute nothing
