Horrible service of SAPS

I have been trying to contact the SAPS police clearance section since the beginning of the year in regard to our police clearance certificates. I have not once gotten through to any of the phone numbers provided on the site. They are always not available or 'busy'. I know our government organisations are ****, but this takes it to a whole new level.
