Honeydew Police station Has no service for south Africa people

Honeydew Police station is one of the useless police station I've ever came across ,,,I opened up a case last year in December on the 15th Of December and was late for work because they are *********** .... Today on the 12/01/2022 I called in the morning at 10:33 to find out what's happening with my case the Lady told me that she can't help me I must call back at in the next 15mins and I didn't call on time due to work in my customer service department ,,, at 14:29 I called back and told the lady that it's me can she assist me she asked questions like what's your Surname and I told and even spelled it for she was even rude and told me she will need to check with my passport number just because I'm a Sotho doesn't mean I came from Lesotho my parents not me ,,, ************** against people,, then after being on the phone with her for 15mins she informs me that her system is still off like a whole police station where we should be getting help and I need that case number!!!!!!!!!!
