GREAT SERVICE AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE

I would like to thank SAPS Somerset West officials for such a great service. After a have being sent around by other police station. The 2 ladies ,constable and warrant on duty on the 11-12-2017. I went the to open a case of *******. The Constable informed me that it was her 1st time taking a statement and was willing to assist me. After the statement the officers explained to me that I will receive an SMS and the following day will receive SMS again of the detective who will be handling my case. Couple of days later, I received a call form Sergeant Allis, and advise me to make time to visit the station to see him or warrant officer Malgas or constable Williams to introduce me to NPIS to identify the people who ****** me. I went there I met Captain Van schulkwyk who was also help full. she listened to my case and I informed her that I will come back the following Monday to do NPIS because I will be out of town to attend my grandma's funeral. I visited the police on Monday the 18th and Warrant Officer Williams took me to Sergeant Allis and they both arrange for me to go through the NPIS system. I really appreciate the experience with the Police officers. The extra mile they took into assisting me in finding my belongings.
