Ga Rankuwa SAPS not pitching up

On wednesday i called Ga Rankuwa Saps for help and they didn't pitch up, i called them again and a lady said they will arrive in 10 minutes they didn't pitch up again.. And .my problem has not yet been solved.. I so wish the station commander to come and address the Ga Rankuwa Community if we still have Policeman in here or not. And if we take the matters in our Hands that's when they will come running to arrest us.. We are so tired of Ga Rankuwa SAPS not pitching up. That's really sucks, do your job, we're tired of you not being able to do your Job. I have so many reference numbers but still no police has ever came to resolve my problem.
