FRUSTRATING AND BAD POLICE CLEARANCE SERVICE

I app**** for a police clearance clearance in May 2024 and till today I haven't received it and when I go to Rondebosch Police Station in Western Cape they tell me how they can't help me and my certificate isn't there and it's been almost 5 months and that is too much!
