Firearm application

I'm a dedicated hunter and dedicated sportsman. According to the firearm act Central Firearm Registrar has 90 working days to complete an application. My application is running on 200 working days. According to system they last worked on it 2021/04/16. Ref nr ***. I have emailed CFR no response. I sent complaint to Nodalpoint they responded and cc me in the mail to CFR. Still no response from CFR.
