Find new staff at Goodwood police station

Utterly disgusted by the service received by Goodwood police. The first call I made I spoke to Bonnie that requested the van and said they shift changing at 17.55pm, 18.29pm I called again and they were still shift changing, 18.50pm I called and a guy picked up and said the van will come when it's ready to the address, I asked him what address as I had not mentioned an address, he then dropped the line on me. I called back and Bonnie answered and said she won't tell me who the guy is that answered Goodwood police station emergency work phone. I requested them to assist with a verbal agreement between myself and someone that purchased an item by me that hasn't paid and I want the item back. I understand it's a civil matter but 5mins to explain the consequences of going to court would have made the situation better. Instead they came after an hour and a half stating that's how long Goodwood police station takes for a shift change and then left stating its civil they won't speak to anyone. It's covid and so hard to find a job. Now I have to stay out of work and I'm in my second month probation, also I have gallstones and need to undergo surgery. I asked for simple help and now I realize why there are ******s and violence because if the police doesn't even care, why should the people. I would willingly apply to work on the force as I like helping people once my surgery is complete.
