False issue of traffic fine

I was making my way into Katlehong, coming from Germiston at 10am on Wednesday morning on the 11th of November 2015<br> <br> While driving I approached the robots before Huntersfield Stadium, which were green at the time and passed them while they were yellow<br> <br> <br> Officer, I.C. Ngcobo and his partner were ahead and he stood in the middle of the road and stopped me, as a police offer would usually do and I pulled over<br> <br> After greeting him and appearing in my seatbelt, I was under the intention that it was a normal procedure, so I gave him my license<br> <br> He declared that I skipped the red robot and I declined in shock. I then realised that this specific officer stopped me before whilst going home from church one Sunday and I refused to pay him a bride as 1. I was not in a wrong doing, 2. Did not have money on me. He was relunctunct to even discuss the accusation with me.<br> <br> He wrote the ticket and I told him that he is wrong and is abusing his power, he agreed and asked me if he had stopped me before, I said yes and he responded that he had got me <br> <br> The ticket claims that I drove past a stop sign with no disregard and it was a robot I drove past showing that this officer has a vendetta and ********
