Failure to provide Service

Iam writing this with a lot of anger and dissatisfaction, my family has been trying to report a crime(an assault) that took place at home on Friday night however till today, we still not getting assisted. Instead the police officers are very rude ans disrespectful and make fun of the situation reported. This is very unprofessional to say the least. The same people who should be protecting the nation are now making a mockery of us when we report matters.

I find it very disturbing how a police officer can disregard an assault charge on a woman with all the GBV going on in this country.

This matter was reported to SAPS police station Rietgat in Pretoria Soshanguve. I hope that you will be able to assist.
