Failure to attend the request

After my application has been received for my temporary firearm authorisation (which took them over a month just to acknowledge) nothing happened yet. My application is more than one month over due, yet nobody is keen to even help me regarding this matter. After a phone conversation with Mrs Mpho I pretty much gave up on ever receiving my firearm license when she told me how much she hates these applications. The phone number supp**** just keeps on ringing, nobody ever picks it up. How is this country supposed to provide the ability for self protection when they \just hate these applications'? I have been attacked at my own cafe
