Failed Police Services

It saddens me to share this with you. Dobsonville police station has failed my son dismally so. On the 9th of May it was mother's day whn my 13 year old son was called by one of our male neighbors to his house when he innocently got there he ****d him. We opened a case against him but till today the culprit has not been arrested he's roaming around the street as a free man. We have tried to communicate with the officer incharge but he keeps giving us empty promises. My boy can't even go to the shop he is now suffering severe constipation. The police keep promising us to come and make an arrest but the still dnt keep they're promises. Can someone help me wuth a platform where i can report the police incharge of the case. Pls help my son seek justice
