Extremely poor service from SAPS yet again.

SAPS is becoming worst by the day. I called in to submit a claim of neighbours making extremely loud music on the 15.11.19. The cops eventually came after almost 2 hours when the neighbors noticed them and turned down the music. They drove off and the neighbors turned the music up again. My neighbors are provoking me because I called the cops and it's getting worse. SA will not become a better country due to the fact that SAPS are failing us in so many ways. Extremely poor service.
