Extremely poor service by saps

The prices for police clearance has increased yet service declined. I app**** beginning of March, was told it would take 6 weeks. When I went on the 6th week the people responsible were not available. I went back the following week (last week) only to be told to wait a further 2 weeks. I need that clearance so that I can get my salary. I haven't been paid in March & April & with the delay at saps it means even in May I won't be paid as I was told to come check mid May
