extremely bad service

<br> its now 8 months and i still didn't receive my police clearance.<br> <br> I don't know what to do, i followed up at the police station and i was advised to let you know to reprint anther one for me.<br> <br> I paid for courier fees for the parcel to be delivered to my address, but you can send it to the cape town police station were i did the finger prints,<br> <br> I received an email that i should pick up my Certificate,<br> <br> i stay in cape town,how im i going to collect it???<br> <br> I payed for courier for the first one that was not even delivered.<br> <br> I urgently need that certificate because its delaying my applications.<br> <br> Please sort this out.
