Extreme badly treated

My name is William Ngwetjana, had a case in Pretoria 2007 which was thrown out of court but the Detective(Koekemoer) who handled the case never close it properly by updating CRC centre(fingerprints)with which the possibility might be that he did not complete the SAPS 69 A Form(form used to close case)Since then my case has been sitting on case awaiting trial, when I app**** for clearance certificate, the report came back as my case awaiting trial, I managed to get hold of the same Detective who at first told me, there is nothing he could do as he himself closed the case on the system, he send me to go enquire with CRC centre, who told me to go back to the Detective to check in my docket,instead the detective told me their docket room was burnt down they cannot get access, If their system shows the case long time close, why himself as the person who worked on the case cant communicate with the fingerprint centre to update their system?
