E****WA SAPS FAILED ME

Was involved in a car accident on the 21/04 /2023 and the guy intended on running away while we wait for the police, we waited for 3 hrs for the police to arrive on the scene, eventually when the EMPD came they further advised that we go to the nearest police station, when we got there we found 3 policemen and 1 policewoman sitting outside(the time was around 8pm). We told them that we would like to get assistance with an agreement on paper as the guy had agreed that him and his brother will be fixing my car, the guy started lying saying my sister stole his car keys(which got lost while he was trying to run away), the officers jumped and cuffed my sister saying that they are arresting her for *****ing the guy's keys completely ignoring the matter at hand(the agreement we came about for the car to get fixed). My sister got cuffed by a police officer named Motsweni/Motsweneng, all the people who were on duty on that night never had their badges and they wanted to give my sister the orange inmate clothes when I asked why they were arresting her and dismissing my request for the agreement they never answered, only to find out that they are actually friends with the brother of the guy who bumped my car and he is dating one of policewomen there, further more the guy always gives them bribery because he is a foreigner. I would like to get some justice for me and my sister for the way we were treated at e****wa Police station, I want that officer to give us a valid reason for such bad luck she gave my sister by cuffing her without proof as the keys were found laying at the accident scene where the guy who bumped my car was trying to run away and my sister was not even there at the scene. We spent about 2-3 hrs at the station and loadshedding struck, another shocking story is that the police station does not have any genator or any back up for such and they started chasing us telling us to move our cars outside the yard because they are scared we will rob them and they want to sleep. I am not happy at all about the experience I encountered at that place, calling for help.
