equity in saps not met yet they don't take in prev

It's in the media(and also a fact) that the police's equity is not according to the rules. They did ask non blacks to apply for new intakes but no one was interested. I want to return to the police. I am currently working in the banking industry and feel with my heart i rather want to serve the community in the police. They keep on saying no posts but i know for a fact they need white people. Why? I've been busy with this process now for a year. Can u please investigate why they are dragging the process out?
