Entitled and rude

Saps Sandton... wow, constable is disgustingly rude, kept complaining that he wanted to leave like it wasn't his job. No pens available for anyone to fill in the required documentation so we had to share 1 pen then he had the nerve to complain and say "now it's a community pen when I told you I want to leave." Bring your own pen and patience for rude people.
