Empty Promises

My father passed away in 2012, and ever since, we’ve been trying to get hold of a copy of a Death clearance or a stamped letter that confirming the cause of death for insurance purposes. The case was assigned to Dct Lekalakala of SAPS TEMBISA, ***(w) ***(c)seems to be the busiest detective in the whole department. I went there about a week ago, unannounced, surprisingly, he was there, that’s when I learned that the case has been closed. He will get me a copy, and reassured me, he will call me once he’s gotten the docket, it’s now a week later, and yet he is still ignoring my calls, and when I do get hold of him, I’m told he is on he’s “rest day” I must call him tomorrow. I need your assistance as my dad’s insurance company has to close this case on their side too.
