ELDORADO PARK POLICE STATION ***********

I went to Eldorado Park Police Station for a Accident Report required by my insurance, I found two ladies and two gentlemen police officers, one gentleman said to me, I will be attended, sat there and waited for about half and hour, whilst one lady was busy with her cellphone, the very same lady later on decided to assist , we sat in our cubicle, with a plain white paper , not even a proper AR report document, we drafted the statement of the accident and told me to sign it, she will put it as one of the Riots complaints, like really?!!!, she also told me I will receive a case number which I am still awaiting, I called the Police Station to speak to her directly (Sergeant MTOLO), however whoever I speak to, drops the call all the time. I am not sure how this Police Station operates, not sure if I am ever going to receive the case number for that matter.

Its a shame how our own people treat us, while calling it a service
