Edenvale saps is very useless even the station commander couldn't help me

I was assaulted and ****** by the member of edenvale saps,i tried to open a case for them and i was told i can never win the case by the captain because police protect each other i should just ask nicely for my belongings from the members is now for months busy following them and another captain told me i should forget about my things mostly my phones and if i carry on they will arrest me for being a ********
