Eden Park SAPS- Constable BS Maqa

I want to report the officer in charge of my case, Constable BS Maqa ( Based at Eden park SAPS), I opened a case on the same day the accident of assault happened on the 27th October 2019, the lady *********** and fails to attend to my case promptly there was a domestic violence document opened and my protection order is pending to be issued to the perpetrator.

The constable allowed the perpetrator to open a case without attending to my case and even with the investigation I constantly have to find leads so that perpetrator can be located, She disclosed over the phone for me to make communication with the perpetrator and every time i engaged with her to know how far my case is she she says she has a lot of work to do, she demands me to leave work and come at anytime she wants as per work hours and i volunteered to come on weekends and she say's she doesn't work on weekends, am heavily pregnant and I always need assistance to get around and I face the trauma and anxiety through lack of support from the SAPS.

When you request to speak to managed the probe you questions and say the management or station commander is busy cause they don't want me to lay my complaint.

The constable is bias to my case and intimidates me over the phone, with everything that goes along my case and uses forceful words over the phone an abusing her rights of a police officer.

I need assistance and justice and they system is failing us as victims. I sent am email to the SAPS complains department and not even a case number was issued to me and still no communication.
