SAPS EMPANGENI

I went to the Empangeni SAPS branch to file a case of *****. The staff there is not welcoming at all, but the highlight here was that of a lady (mid 40’s with hair that starts mid scalp) who came up to me when i had been waiting for 30min with no one in front of me. She asked me what im there for and she wanted me to give her details of the case i want to open. She had a stinking attitude and didnt give precise details on the issue i came for. I was sent back because I didn’t have proof of payment, and they didn’t allow me to print it there. She said because i was in Richards bay when I transferred the money the case will have to be shifted to the Richards bay branch. Now I understand fully why people complain about SAPS. No privacy whatsoever, she stood the entire time and had no time to explain as if i was annoying her, i can only imagine how it feels like for people who come to the station for serious cases like ****, I was left disgusted! SAPS you are a shame!
