During the 16 days of none violence ,South African Police abused my nephew so badly.

<p>On the 19 December ,the evening that I will never forget in my life ,it makes me more sad when I think of my 12 year old nephew who were taken to police station by the Police by the name of Sdanga and Noluvo Njwabule . They reminded me of the aparteid error,they dragged this 12year old boy to the van while her mom was crying and eveyone in the family asking why are they doing that . were they not suppose to take him with his parent or an elder? They were shouting where my da had ask them not to make a noise in his house. So disrespectfull.</p> <p>They wre the law themselves. They took this small boy to police statyion because he picked up the money on the street and took it to his mother and told her that he picked up this money. All of a sudden this money belonged to some lady at the same street ,he was treated as if he stole the money. The worse part was that there was a social worker involved in this crime. I am sure about my rights and my nephew's right were taken away from him because some cruel people who call themselves police and damage our goverment as its already damaged. They took him to polise station alone to take a statement with no parent and they even let him sign.</p> <p>The next day his mom ,my sister went to police staion to open a case, the Captain of the stattion was so cool as if nothing happened and those who opebed the case a night befure decided to stop the case. when my sister opned one the captain told her its ok she must come if the woman is still harrasing her. What is that????. How can the captain do that? when she explained what happened the captain said the police men who were there does not know about this. My question is what was my nephew doing there on that day? Why was the case closed the very next day?</p> <p>In 2016 still treated as in 1962. This happened in one of our own township Mdantsane . Where are we going????/</p>
