Drinking on the job

Today at around 430 I saw a plain clothes officer in a vw polo registration number BSS615B patroling the streets having a cool castle lite setting an example for all of us to drink and drive. What concerns me more is that there is a caravan that is causing pollution in the area parked right infront of our flat which they do nothing about. Youths are seen drinking and playing loud music from their cars which the police do nothing about but simply join in
