DOUGLASDALE SAP contribute to gender based violence in SA

I went to Douglasdale SAP to lay a charge for attempted assault and theft. I waiting in a long quee for almost an hour outside in the cold because they only allowed 2people in at a time. When it was finally my time, some Col MD Senna (Vispol Head) attended to me. He asked what happened, I told him. He argued my facts telling me I have no case. I told this man I was almost attacked in my own house by someone that worked for me and was afraid if they had a way of obtaining access to my house. I told him this person also stole from me. I was told if I dont have a vedio proving that, then i dont have a case. I was told since I dont have evidence of the attempted assault, I dont have a case. Must a woman come dripping in blood with bruises before she can lay an assault charge! I was very dissappointed at this man! Woman out there are being ****ed and Im being treated like Im a nuisance to the police for wanting to report a case. It was just too much work and effort for this man to open a docket for me. I told him that if his wife or his child told him what Im telling him, he wouldnt be treating them the way he was treating me. Police are adding to all the gender violence out there! Hell will freeze over first before I trust SAP. They re part of the problem, definately not a solution. Chauvinism is alive and well at the SAP!
