Don't want to open case when you go to log one

<p>I went to the sub station in Mohlakeng,Randfontein to log a case and they told me that I could open a case and its not the first time they have done that to me. So my question Is why do we have police that don't know the law and can't protect us in stations. They don't want to give us they names or even wear name tags.what made me angry even more is that it was two ladies at 11:50</p>
