Dog shot by police

On the 13/11/2019,there was ppl on our premises at 21.40pm. Unbeknowing to us,1 was a cop,he wasn't fully uniformed,and he was waving his service pistol around,he had no name badge on,and also hadn't taken the time to introduce himself ,the purpatrator was hiding behind him,my husband came out,he then had already fired 2 shots,1 to my dog, he ran away b4 the bullet could get to him. The 2 shot was fired at my gentle giant,boerbull named JJ. The policeman borrowed my husbands torch to see where this guy was. He found him,took him to the can. The cops was chasing him,lifted a gun from him,and also had a knife. B4 they left I asked him wot about my dog,he said I must take him to the vet, I told him I have no car,then he said I must go lay a charge,he came bk about a half hour later with a no for SPCA,I called them they say they don't have any vet on call,they fetched him on the 14/11/2018. He was there to the next Tuesday, they couldn't do the op,I then went to seek help another vet,they did the op,my dog still have the stint in. The story is,,,, the police sent me to one office,they in turn sent me to some other place. We don't have money to pay for the vets,my husband was retrenched 23/3/2018. And nobody but nobody has told me you have come to the right plc. So that's my story. Saps kraaifontein sucks.
