Do not try and contact the emergency number 10111

<p>We had an attempted break-in early hours this morning. My daughter phoned the emergency number where a dozy person answered the call. She told them about the attempted break-in and wasn't even given a reference number. She had to phone back to get this number!!!!!! We doubt if the SAPS will EVER RESOND!!!!! What an inefficient service.</p>
