Disgusting police who get paid for NOT working!

Why do the Lenasia South Police not want to do their job. My wife went to them yesterday to report bullying and verbal abuse that my son is experiencing by another parent at the school and they refused to open a report. My son is stressed out and afraid to go to the school. The other parent also chased my son at the school trying to catch him and abuse him. Why is it so hard to get people to do their job? All they do is eat and talk.
