Disgusted in SAPS

On the 10th of August 2021 at approximately 11:30AM I spotted a police vehicle in front of me and saw the office casually talking on his phone whilst driving, like it's no an ******* act and as if he was the law and no one can touch him. When I approached him about his lack of respect for the law he turned to me and said, and I quote (Voetsek jou Naai). Now I have sent this info to the police a week ago and I sent it to Alderman Jp Smith yesterday and I still have no feedback from anyone. But I will continue to send the audio visual recording I have of the incident until I get an answer.
