Disgusted in Police clearance department

I Chad Pretorius a South African citizen am truly disgusted by the police clearance department. It has been over 5 months that I have waited for my clearance which was initially a 3 week process. I have called the presidential hotline as well but to no avail. And the office in charge of the police clearance should shame themselves.
