<p>My car got hit yesterday and immediately we went to our police station servicing us in Hanover Park..... to be told that the accident report book is locked up we need to come tomorrow but should take down the guys details. So we did.... I worked until 8. Got home picked my dad up and went off to make register the accident.... to our surprise we got the story that they do not know where the book is and that they are the night shift the day shift should have sorted that out.... my father request to speak to guy in charge and he just refused to come out... in addition the senior office at the front desk hears our concerns and continues to read his news paper.... it is then that my father asked wither they would help us and got told it's not their problem we should come tomorrow and why did we come so late cause the day shift ended at 6 what the he'll I needed assistance I came like requested and delayed 2 days of informing my insurance.... is the city going to help me with my vehicle when my insurance fails to accept my claim? </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Disgusted at hoe the officer got upset and made as if we bothering him he had no remorse or concerns I cannot miss a day out on a Friday to sort this out its out right ridiculous..... yet theirs no problem when deducting my tax from my salary month to month yet this is the service I get </p>
