Disappointing and bad service from SAPS

I am so angry with the police system and I am waiting since May 2018 for the Name Clearance Certificate and I need answers , courier say they received notification cannot pickup by CRC offices in Pretoria from 16/07/2018 and my name clearance certificate before that date and CRC says courier can collect and Manenberg Police Station , Mr Sekorie (021) 6999 434 received no communication of this process and lorraine Ma***ase the Chief Admin from CRC offices in Pretoria posted it a month ago an still haven't received nothing and this is not right and I lost money by courier and time because I need to apply for firearm license , please advise and I'm going to head if police with this and I need answers by no later today Riedewaan Galiem DOB : ********** 201088 PCC No : ********** 363
