Demeaning Treatement by Constable Rammutia ***2 at Kempton Park Police Station

On the 5th of October around mid-day I went to Kempton Plark Police Station (Monument Road) to have some documents certified. Constable Rammutia M was on the desk and the way she treated me was very demeaning. She refused to certify Assylum Document because it had expired. She did not even care/bother to listen as to why I wanted the the Assylum Document certified. All she said on top of her voice was she does not certify expired documents. Does she understand the meaning of certifying documents. Her force Number is ***2. The worst part was when she took the photocopies of the Assylum Document and squashed/destroyed them in her hands. Imagine I was standing with my daughter and I felt humiliated at the highest level. Then my daughter requested for the squashed copies of the document. Refusing to certify is one thing, but to squash/ destroy the documents is very inhuman. Kempton Park Police Station, please help. However, we made another copy went back to the same police station, there was another constable and he certified without any problems.
