Delft SAPS always unavailable

I have a complaint regarding Delft Police station.

Firstly Delft SAPS never pick up their phone calls ,it’s like no one is showing interested in the community trying to reach out or follow up on ******** offences.

I always get poor service at Delft police station ,eg. I tried to open a case when the one constable refused to take my case but eventually took it after I had to speak to one of the seniors at Delft SAPS.

This is really sad ,knowing that the crime level is rising day by day in our city.

I personally feel that SAPS should focus on small things like answering their phones and giving better service to the community.

One last thing is that I have a case which I have opened more than a month ago ,and its assigned to a certain constable ( which I don’t want to mention now ) . Every time I go to the police station and she is not at the station they tell me that I have to wait until she comes back which is taking up my time due to the shifts that I am working.

This is terrible service and a huge contribution to crime.

Please assist.
