Daveyton Police Station

I reside in Daveyton and I must say I'm disappointed about the service that station(Daveyton police Station) offers the community. I opened a case on the 22nd of June till this day I have gotten any feedback from the investigating Officer Cnst MAKGALEMELE:he didn't call me to update me, when I call the station no one seems to know his whereabouts . I've been calling nothing seems to work even the Station commander promised to get back to me but never did. I am staying with those people and still being harassed I don't know what to do. Please help
