Customer Service

If i must rate their service out of 10 it will be a definite 2. My cell phone was ****** more than a week ago. I layed<br> a theft charge at the Hercules Police Station and luckily my phone was recovered. The problem is to get my own phone back from the Police Station. I was told to come and collect it more than once but every time when i got there i was send from office to office, even building to building. People ignore you, or they are busy with someone else, i was even sent to an office where there was nobody present!!!!! Maybe i must try next year again.
