Curfew broken in Tembisa and police not able to assist

Where are the police in Tembisa? I called twice with regards to my neighbors making a noise way after the curfew of 11 pm. Its now 2am on a Tuesday my neighbors had a social gathering with loud music and the police have still not come to stop them, I called twice but still no assistance whatsoever. It’s not fair and the level of disrespect wow!
