Critical poor no services

In March I report my phone ****** I gave thus police station in crystal park all information it's November now they want we to go show them where the phone was when I reported it . I don't know if it's only me but all government institutions don't answer or interact with you it's like you are another case.what happen to acknowledgement. Customer services is gone how many people out their feel like me. You can't reach media etv or sabc to help their is just no help especially when our must think of people in rural areas. I don't know why did I vote I will never in my life vote in this country again thud saps has make me so negative thus is the 5th case they never resolve they wish me away and I am gone . Sorry to the dedicated policemen out their . But I feel nothing for the police services of south Africa .people if you can use other people like lawyers or so I help you leave this people alone they don't want to help they only their for the uniform and their pay
